Jon Richardson has been playing piano since he was a toddler growing up in Minnesota. Since earning his master’s degree from New England Conservatory in Boston, he has been thrilling audiences across New England with his sing-along piano bar shows. He is primarily based in Provincetown on Cape Cod where he performs regularly at Tin Pan Alley and the Crown and Anchor. He also performs regularly at the legendary Front Porch Piano Bar and Restaurant in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine. Other venues have included dBar and Club Cafe in Boston along with Provincetown’s Pilgrim House, the Porch Bar, Seashore Point, the Monument Museum, and the Paramount at the Crown and Anchor with Bobby Wetherbee and Thirsty Burlington, to name a few.


In addition to his active performance career, Jon is also a highly regarded song writer, arranger, and producer, and his debut album came out in December of 2016. This album, ‘Tonic’ includes 12 original songs with over 22 musicians adding their talent to Jon’s original songs of love and loss. This album is available on iTunes Spotify, and Amazon. His second album is entitled ‘When I Left’ and it will be released in February 2019. These are 10 original songs written, performed, and produced entirely by Jon at the Bridge Sound and Stage in Cambridge, Mass.

Jon also leads a band called the Vinegar Hill Gang. They have performances throughout 2019 in Maine and Massachusetts.
